Packet Capture Module Initial Setup

Use the instructions below for your initial setup of Packet Capture Module in your environment. There are four stages to complete:

• Initial setup: Orient yourself to the Riverbed Console, assign PCM roles, create storage, and configure capture, storage, and global settings. Complete the steps in Initial setup.

• Initial deployment: Deploy the module on one device via Unified Agent Manager to validate your configuration. Complete the steps in Initial deployment.

• Verification: Confirm the device appears in the PCM UI User Interface.
