Observation Feed Widget
The Observation Feed widget displays a feed of observations from the observation manager that need attention. Use it in Data Forensics workspaces to give operators a focused queue of items that need review, approval, or follow-up, complementing Chat, Skills, and Agents.
For widget concepts and how to add widgets to a workspace, see Widgets in Workspaces and List of Widgets.
What the widget shows
The widget highlights observations that need attention. When nothing is pending, the widget shows No active observations. Individual items can show status such as Active Incidents or NEEDS APPROVAL, along with context such as affected users, devices, or hours lost. Use Show Details where available to drill into an observation.
