Remove CloudIM

Use this procedure when you need to remove CloudIM from Riverbed IQ Ops. You delete the CloudIM data source, disable its third-party authentication profile, then ask Support to deactivate the feature for your tenant. For setup, see Configuring CloudIM.

To remove CloudIM from Riverbed IQ Ops:

  1. Navigate to the Data Sources page:

    1. Click System (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left menu.

    2. Open Data Source Management.

  2. Open the CloudIM tab.

  3. Select your CloudIM data source, open the ... menu, click Delete Data Source, and confirm the deletion.

  4. Navigate to the Third-Party Profiles page:

    1. Click System (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left menu.

    2. Open Third-Party Profiles.

  5. Select your authentication profile and disable it. If the Disable Authentication Profile dialog warns that runbooks rely on the profile, click Disable Anyway to continue.

  6. Contact Riverbed IQ Ops Support to deactivate the CloudIM feature.
