Configuring Monitor Usage Widgets
Monitor usage widgets show runbook and node usage over time. They include Daily Runbook Runs, Runbook Runs Totals, Daily Node Totals, Node Totals, and Time Savings. These widgets share a common configuration: you set the date range for the data they display (current month or last month).
Which widgets use this configuration
The following widgets use the monitor usage configuration:
-
Daily Runbook Runs: Daily runbook run totals.
-
Runbook Runs Totals: Monthly runbook run totals.
-
Daily Node Totals: Daily node totals.
-
Node Totals: Monthly node totals.
-
Time Savings: Time saved from running automations.
Not all of these widgets may have a configuration dialog. When they do, the options below apply.
Opening the configuration
Enter edit mode on the workspace, open the widget menu (ellipsis on the widget header), and click Configure. The monitor usage configuration dialog opens.
Date range
Choose which period the widget uses for its data:
-
Current month: Data from the start of the current calendar month to the current date.
-
Last month: Data for the previous full calendar month.
Select the range that matches how you want to report or compare usage (e.g. current month vs. last month).
