Configuring the Impacted Locations and Services Widget

The Impacted Locations and Services widget shows a bar chart of impacted locations or services. Users can toggle between a locations view and a services view. Configuration controls the default view, whether a legend is shown, and where the legend appears. This widget requires the impact/incidents feature to be enabled.

Opening the widget configuration

Enter edit mode on the workspace, open the widget menu (ellipsis on the widget header), and click Configure. The Impacted Locations and Services configuration dialog opens.

Default view

Choose the initial view when the widget loads:

• Locations: The chart shows impacted locations by default. Users can switch to services if needed.

• Services: The chart shows impacted services by default. Users can switch to locations if needed.

Legend

Configure whether a legend is displayed and where it appears.

• Show legend: When enabled, a legend is shown so users can see what each series or color represents. When disabled, the legend is hidden.

• Legend position: Choose Top, Bottom, Left, or Right to place the legend relative to the chart. Pick the position that keeps the chart readable and avoids overlapping other widgets.
