IoT Command and Control Response Times

When you send commands to a Packet Capture Module you will see the command is pending. This delay is because the module periodically initiates a connection to the Packet Capture Module SaaS Backend Services. The command you enter on the Web UI is scheduled to forward to the Packet Capture Module the next time it sends a heartbeat message with Backend Services. For devices that are operational and connected to SaaS Backend Services you can expect an operation to be pending for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If a device becomes disconnected, the operation will remain pending until that device is reconnected to the SaaS Backend Services.
