Install the Aternity Integration

If you attempt to enable the Aternity integration and it is not installed, install it from the Integrations Library with the following instructions:

Note: You must have purchased the Aternity integration to install it in the Integrations Library.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations Library from the sidebar.

  2. Find the Riverbed Aternity Integration in the Integrations Library

  3. Click Configure to prepare and install it on your system.

  4. In the Configure pop-up, click the Configuration tab.

  5. Click Add Connector to open the Add connector wizard to configure the connection of Aternity to Riverbed Data Store:

    1. Basic Details

      • Connector Name - Enter the name for the associated Authentication Profile

      • Aternity Domain - Aternity SaaS domain identifier.

        • Note: The domain must be in the form of "EnvName-odata.aternity.com".

      • Account Id - Aternity SaaS identifier.

      • Service Tags - Select a tag for this Connector (e.g. Remediation, OData, Sentiment Survey).

      • Authentication Method - Select the Authentication Method to configured for Aternity SaaS

    2. Authentication Parameters - Provide the Authentication Parameters needed for Authentication Method to connect to Aternity SaaS.

    3. Test Query - A tool to build a request message to verify that the supplied configuration parameters enable successful connection to Aternity SaaS.

    4. Verify Response - A tool to “Run Test Query” (i..e execute the request message built in previous step) and capture response message to verify that the supplied configuration parameters enable successful connection to Aternity SaaS.

    5. Review - A panel summarizing the configured Connector.

  6. After you configured the Connectors, Click Install.

The Aternity Integration is now installed. You can now enable the Aternity Data Source.
