Searching and filtering
Use the text search field and filter panel to find runbooks by runbook metadata.
Filter facets are separate from Explorer table columns. Depending on data and permissions, filter facets can include fields such as runbook type, trigger type, created by, last updated by, built-in state, schedule state, allow automation state, and MCP tool state.
Filters and facets follow the same pattern as other Explorer pages. You can add or remove facets from the Facets Chooser, and active filters appear below the search area.
Toolbar and row actions
The Runbooks Explorer toolbar can provide New, Import, and Delete actions based on your permissions.
The Actions menu in each row provides context actions for that runbook. Depending on runbook state and user permissions, these actions can include opening the runbook, exporting the runbook, duplicating, deleting, and version specific actions.
Expanded rows and details behavior
The Runbooks Explorer uses expandable table rows to show more runbook details and actions inline.
