User Management Page

The User Management page enables you to administer user accounts, roles, and domains for Riverbed IQ Ops.

Open the User Management Page

  1. Navigate to the User Management Page:

    1. Click the Waffle Icon.

    2. Click AI Ops > Management.

  2. You are now in the User Management Page.

Invite Users

Click Invite User to send Email to a specified account, asking the owner to register with Riverbed IQ Ops as a user.

Note: The Email account must be a member of a previously authorized domain.

You can also assign a role to the specified account: Admin, Write, or Read.

Assigning Roles

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) determines what features and content users can access throughout the application. When you invite a user or manage existing users, you can assign one or more roles to control their access level.

Note: You can assign multiple user roles to a single user. For instance, a single user can have both Platform Read and Platform Write roles.

Available roles include:

  • Platform Admin: Full administrative access to all system features and settings.

  • Platform Write: Can create, modify, and manage content and configurations, but cannot access administrative functions.

  • Platform Read: Read-only access to view content and information. Cannot create, modify, or delete any content or settings.

Manage Authorized Domains

Only Email accounts that belong to authorized domains can be used to invite users to access their Riverbed IQ Ops tenant.

Click Manage Authorized Domains to add or delete domains that your organization trusts for authorizing users and sending and receiving Email.
