Third Party Authentication Page

This Third Party Authentication page enables you to manage user accounts and login credentials for Riverbed IQ Ops to communicate with other Applications An entity type representing software applications deployed in the customer environment that are monitored for performance and anomalies..

Navigate to the Third Party Authentication page:

1. Click the Launchpad button ⁝⁝⁝.
2. Click AI Ops > Management.
3. In the Management page, click the Hamburger Icon, then click Third Party Authentication.

The Third Party Authentication page shows the following information for each user account:

• Profile Name

• Description

• Method

• Created By

• Created On

• Last Updated By

• Last Updated On

• Enabled

• Verified

• References

• ... menu

  • Edit: Open the Authentication Profile wizard to change this authentication profile's definition.

  • View Referencing Runbooks: Show a list of runbooks An automated workflow that executes a series of steps or tasks in response to a triggered event, such as the detection of anomalous behavior generating an incident, a lifecycle event, or a manually executed runbook. that use this authentication profile.

  • Delete: Remove this authentication profile. You will be warned if the authentication profile is used by any runbooks.

Click Add an Authentication Profile to display the wizard of the same name and create a new profile.
